Powder Injection Molding

　Powder Injection Molding is the latest metal & ceramic molding technology. The process is as follows: mix the fine metal or ceramic powder and macromolecule forming agent and make them into even viscoplastic fluid under certain temperature, inject it into the mould by injection machine to get various components by taking off sintering.

Characteristic

It can produce complex metal & ceramic components (0.2-200g);
It can mold complex components at one time with fine degree of finish & high precision (+-0.1-0.3%). It doesn’t need downstream processing and has low production cost compared with traditional machine works.

It has high density, equal organization and excellent performance.
